With so much real estate-chatter happening IRL and IRPhones, Zillow decided to get social on social. We created work bespoke to each platforms’ unique audiences—bringing them on ASMR tours side-hosted by a painting of Abe Lincoln, serving 10-second real estate lessons quick enough for viewers’ ever-diminishing attention spans, and partnering with creative influencers—to show the world all the ways they can Zillow.

These days finding a good home is more than a little tough. To address that, we partnered with creative influencer Rudy Willingham to drive awareness of the amenity-filled rentals on our site. These social-first videos highlight the qualities apartment-hunters look for most in ways that showed them from a unique point of view.

What’s just as competitive as the housing market? Basketball during March Madness. To stoke our audience’s LFG-fires at this prime time of year, we ran a bracket over Stories and In-feed posts that pitted homes’ architectural styles against each other. In the end, the peoples’ choice reigned supreme.
