Whether it’s running, swimming, or cooking something new, beginnings are often far from pretty. To create awareness around Wellvolution, a collection of wellness services and apps available to Blue Shield of California members, we encouraged them to simply take the first step. Because no matter where you are on your wellness journey or how ugly, awkward, or uncomfortable that first step might feel, something beautiful lies on the other side.
